The name is O’Banna.
Séamus O’Banna.
Between the low-hanging fruits nonsense in the morning and absence of turn-key solutions in the afternoon, I relish my running away from the Mistake Factory at lunchtime to come and read large format art books, when I am not staring dreamily at the bay.
I’m not sure if I have mentioned that we have a new library in Dun Laoghaire.
I’m not sure if I have mentioned how much I love it.
With no Mistake Factory to head back to in 20 minutes’ time.
How I envy him.
How I wish I could fast-forward to being retired and 65 68 70 72 75 dead.
Shite. Let’s face it. I will never get a chance to retire.
I’d better savour my 20 minutes in the library now.
Carpe hora!
Walk to the library.
Marvel at how much I love the building.
Check a few large format art books.
Check a copy of the Capuchin (1973 is a favourite of mine).
Marvel a bit more at how much I love the building.
Take a few shots (I just can’t resist it).
Walk back to the Mistake Factory.
Marvel at how much I love the building.
